CRACULA's CASTLE has been very successful. I have seen several performances at different locations. It is based on a combination of Rocky Horror Show and Dracula. All the guests (audience) are at risk of succumbing to Cracula's powers and end up as vampires but fortunately a way of destroying those powers is found just in the nick of time- or is it? Several songs of the director's choosing can be incorporated. There are 5 male parts and 4 female, one of whom doubles as a waitress. Musicians, who don't need to actually play anything can also be incorporated. Cast 5M,4F submission_of_playcrac.doc
ARTHUR is a play based on the Arthurian legend, a combination of the Dark Ages and the present. Arthur as a lad pulls the sword from the stone purely by accident and has no idea what to do next. Everyone tries to influence him. His mother, whose behaviour is totally inappropriate for a royal person, his wife, the Guinivere, the dominatrix, the knights, Lancelot the philanderer, Galahad the pure and chaste, Gawain the heavy drinking footballer, Kay the arty one and Bedevere, the cross dresser aren't much help. Marlena, the wizard uses her waning magical powers chiefly for her own gain and the villain Modred becomes Arthur's nemesis.Cast 6M, 8F, I boy. Several parts are doubled and there is scope for flexibility, Parodies of familiar Christmas carols are included
