CRACULA's CASTLE has been very successful. I have seen several performances at different locations. It is based on a combination of Rocky Horror Show and Dracula. All the guests (audience) are at risk of succumbing to Cracula's powers and end up as vampires but fortunately  a way of destroying those powers is found just in the nick of time- or is it? Several songs of the director's choosing can be incorporated. There are 5 male parts and 4 female, one of whom doubles as a waitress. Musicians, who don't need to actually play anything can also be incorporated. Cast 5M,4F

ARTHUR is a play based on the Arthurian legend, a combination of the Dark Ages and the present. Arthur as a lad pulls the sword from the stone purely by accident and  has no idea what to do next. Everyone tries to influence him. His mother, whose behaviour is totally inappropriate for a royal person, his wife, the Guinivere, the dominatrix, the knights, Lancelot the philanderer, Galahad the pure and chaste, Gawain the heavy drinking footballer, Kay the arty one and Bedevere, the cross dresser aren't much help. Marlena, the wizard uses her waning magical powers chiefly for her own gain and the villain Modred becomes Arthur's nemesis. Cast 6M, 8F, I boy. Several parts are doubled and there is scope for flexibility, Parodies of familiar Christmas carols are included

WHEN IN ROME:(5M,6F)
Queeras Cutsankius and Loudus Fartius are legionnaires stationed on a remote frontier when they hear they are being  transferred to Rome to be the imperial guard. Queeras has never been there, but Loudus has a lot of memories. They  meet up with the emperor Augustus (Augy) his wife Lavinia (Lavy) Nerdo, Lavy's son and Eunuchus, the guardian of the Vestal  Virgins and others. They both end up as significant figures in Roman history. Contains some songs and was well received at   performance.

GOOD QUEEN BESS (4m,4f)
Based very loosely on Queen Elizabeth 1 and the Spanish Armada. The play is complicated by the fact one of the cast members does not show up and they have to double parts Does contain a few songs set to well known tunes. Some of it is actually accurate historically but a lot is  contemporary. Again a lot of nonsense.

IVAN THE TERRIBLE(6M, 4F)
Modern gangster Big Al is infatuated by " Ivan the Terrible", as he tries to control his criminal empire while dealing with interruptions caused by the practicalities of staging a show and the effort s to discuss the history of Ivan. His underlings are not the smartest people all this leads to chaos and mayhem. There actually are some correct historical facts and some very modern allusions.

RUBY OF INDIA (6M,4F)
Things are chaotic at the start. The director, also the narrator, has not arrived and a lot of the props are not there. Other cast members have to double as the Narrator, leading to much confusion. Bruce, the local florist arrives with the missing plants but somehow ends up being incorporated int the action. Set in the days of the British Raj (more or less) the plot is based on the monologue, "The Little Yellow God" Some parodies of well-known songs are included.
